Thanks for the info.
Adding the ld.so-1.9.5-11.i386.rpm and libc-5.3.12-31.i386.rpm etc librarys
worked.
Sorry I misled you with the updating, this was a fresh install with our
additional RPMS
and local partitions added. We always "update" our systems by performing a
fresh
install and add our changes.
We must have been using Redhat 4.2 rather than 5.1 when we produced that
package
then, time does fly ...
