If you have a DOS/Win box around with qBasic on it, I have a utility that
extracts the usernames from a passwd file and creates an output file in one
of several formats, including HTML or a plain text list with mailto URLs
that are supported by most Windows mail clients. You could write something
using Perl if you want it to run on your Linux box.
