I have a question for you folks. Does anyone know of a
support tool for Linux where one can walk through a
series of questions to get an answer to a problem?
Is one AI based?

If not, such would REALLY set Linux apart from
M$. The M$ help wizard sort of does this (but not
very well).

Suggestion:
    web based
start of the knowledge base from the HOWTOs
ability to submit (via E-MAIL) new info
    AI based
    links to COAS and LSM?

Some ways it could be used:
    System setup
    System configuration (COAS?, Linuxconf?)
    System troubleshooting
Determining what is and is not supported (from kernel docs?)
Looking for software packages (link to LSM?)

Just my thoughts -- any suggestions, flames, etc. are welcomed.

Cheers,
