Delpart is a DOS utility that can delete all partitions, no matter what made
them.
DOS fdisk has problems with Linux partitions, NT partitions, and others.
Be really careful with delpart. I don't know which version this is, but
some versions will not prompt you for anything; you run it, it just deletes
all the partitions and returns to the prompt.
Other versions will prompt you before they do anything.
