Try this:

poll imap.your.isp          
     proto IMAP            
     user zoki              
     password xxxxxxxx    
     mda "procmail -d zoki"  
     fetchall

Don't know about the no dns option however since I haven't used it,
but there is some info in:

/usr/doc/fetchmail-4.4.8/fetchmail-FAQ.html
/usr/doc/fetchmail-4.4.8/sample.rcfile

Or whatever version you are using.

Or your might want to check out the http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/fetchmail
