This is a continuation of the jagged blue line thread.

Thank you for all the info, I am trying to put into order all of these
instructions, but I got one quick question.

How does the command startx differentiate metro-x and Xfree86 stuff. What
does it use, because when I go throught the metro-x config creator, it sees
my card, mouse, monitor, everything, and all tests pass.

But this stupid configX program does not have my card or monitor and does
not see my mouse and does not test anything.

But whenever I run startx, it still looks like it uses the Xfree86 configX
files.

Why??

Or am I just looking wrong.
