Hi,

Ok last time I asked I got people saying it works for me should work
for you.. Well, thanks but it doesn't.

Win95 can dial into my machine great everything works, win3.x using
Trumpet winsock (any version), dials, gets authenticated, is assigned an
IP address and then no data gets over the line.

This happens regardless of any ppp settings I've tried or anything else,
this is only with ppp-2.3.3-4

Anyway, I discovered that putting "kdebug 7" and "debug" in the options
file would give me all sorts of great stuff.

So I tried the logins again and pinged the remote machine, win95 was
great as before and the packets go flying. Win3.1 all I get after the
local and remote IP messages is this.

ppp frame with bad fcs excess = 683c

I get line after line of it (one for each packet) and they are just
dropped.

Why is it that winsock does this? How can I fix PPP? What is the bad
setting in winsock (they are the same as before)??

Please help. 2.2.0f was fine but couldn't do RAS, and 2.3.3-2 worked but
couldn't write to the log. So I NEED 2.3.3-4
