No. Red Hat v2.0 'rpm' won't read Red Hat v5.0 'rpm' files, just like Word
Perfect 4.0 won't read Word Perfect 7.0 files. Furthermore, the "C"
library used by the 5.0 "bind" doesn't exist on your Red Hat 2.0 system.
Heck, I think Red Hat 2.0 is an a.out system, so it doesn't even have the
ABILITY to run modern Linux binaries. (Someone will correct me if I'm
wrong here, of course :-). 

The best thing to do is update your system.
