What?? Is someone calling qmail a developement utility?

I've probably got it wrong (and I hope so), but anyone calling qmail a
development utility is likely to be ripped to pieces. Because it's fast,
secure, and works for months on end flawlessly under heavy load. Unlike
sendmail. etc.
