Thanks a lot for your important advice. I checked libc and glibc
using the 'rpm -V' commands. It seems that they don't have any
problems and I have never had any mysterious problems. I'll
re-install if I encounter the problems.

It occurred when I run the Netscape Communicator.

I downloaded an RPM type Netscape from the ftp.redhat.com site and
I succeeded to run Netscape well.
