HELP on a Upgrade

Hello,I need somebody to help me. 
I have Red Hat 4.1 and i wanna upgrade to 5.0,where can i get the latest kernel?
Ive been to the Red Hat FTP site,but I dont know exactly which kernel RMP I
have to download.Any pointers will be greatly appreciated,,Thanks
