Hi Thomas,
The error is telling you what is amiss. Correcting the problem
should be much easier than starting anew. If the permissions are correct
in the /html directory - 755 would be a good start, then check the
permissions on the httpd directory - they'll need to be at least 711 for
this to work. I could be wrong but, assuming your setup is
/home/httpd/html, that the permissions on httpd are currently at 700 or
tighter and that resetting them to 711 will correct the problem.
