For what it's worth, I got mine from sunsite.uio.no. I wouldn't characterize
it as a very reliable FTP site though, as there were many instances of their
ftp hanging up on mine. With ncftp, however, it was relatively easy to just
go into the ncftp shell, hit the up arrow, and have it continue from where
it left off.
