Does anyone have a short, succinct algorithm for setting up MySQL on RedHat 8? I don't even see a package that installs the client. I installed all of the packages that had MySQL in their name, but when I try to set root's permissions for MySQL, I get error messages complaining that I don't have permission to do so.
