Thanks Andrew,

Tried running
# logwatch --print
with no errors but also without the info I needed (only secure and ftp info in there).

I checked my logs and the info I need is there.

I removed logwatch-2.6-8.noarch.rpm
I downloaded logwatch-4.3.2-1.noarch.rpm from www.logwatch.org and installed.
Now logwatch works correct !!!
Maybe there is a problem with v2.6-8 that shippes with RH8
