I am getting an error when I start my samba, which was working before and now it is not. I am running rh 8 on a laptop with vmware for a win2k environment. I try and start the smbd and it looks like it is starting but it does not. I find this in /var/log/samba/smbd.log [2003/03/13 09:56:38, 0] lib/util_sock.c:open_socket_in(804) bind failed on port 139 socket_addr = 0.0.0.0. Error = Address already in use I cannot truly find an answer for this but I did do this command with the fllowing results - ps -ef|grep -i smb
