I did try creating a second line but it failed when trying to rebuild the sendmail.cf. I don't remember what the error was though. I will go back and try some more things.

Possibility #2: Instead of commenting out the DAEMON_OPTIONS line, leave the one for localhost intact and create a second line for eth0.
