It is very easy to do that! example : at this live to your fstab : mount -t vfat -o codepage=936,iocharset=cp936 /dev/hda5 /mnt/d this line tell linux to mount the hda5 (which is the D: in M$window) The option next to -o tell linux to support chinese charset filename!
