What makes you think that a shrike mailing list would:

  1) be the best place to find out what problems people are having
and
  2) be the best place to find out if the problem is shrike (rather than 
the user)

I prefer to use bugzilla to find out what problems people are having with 
the specific packages I need to support.  Unlike a mailing list, offical 
Red Hat employee should eventually respond to the bugzilla logged 
problems.
