It depends on what features you are using.

> 1) MSProject 2000

MrProject is a basic project application, but there are far better
web-based ones if you search Freshmeat. phpgroupware has at least some
project-tracking capabilities.

> 2) Visio 2000 Professional

Which features are you using? For all of my diagramming needs I use dia.
KDE has a tool, too, Kivio, but I haven't used it.

> 3) VC ++

Again, what features? I use emacs/g++ combo. If you like a more
integrated environment, there are several, including:

 * Anjuta
 * KDevelop
 * Source Navigator
 * Others

> 4) Weblogic

JBoss and OpenEJB

> 5) Intellij

Don't know what this does

> 6) TOAD

Tools for Oracle Application Developers? Or does it stand for something
else? Postgres's command-line interface is very good and powerful, and is
all I've ever needed. It doesn't suck like Oracle's

> 7) Telelogic

Don't know what this does.

> 8) XML

Umm, XML! What exactly do you mean by this? XML is XML is XML. APIs for
manipulating it? All the languages have them. What exactly are you
referring to?
