Traffic monitor

HI   The computer with RH 9.0 has the connection to the internet,  and this connection is shared by the other computers of my home network.    Which program did you recommended  me to monitor all traffic of my network?    Do those programs will slow down the computer and internet speed?   Thanks   Arnaldo Bento
