management.  I use it to remotely manage several servers.  I can make
sure that critical updates are handled in a timely fashion - even when
on vacation.  As far as the skipped packages - some people don't want
the latest kernels as soon as they come out - I commend Red Hat for
defaulting to NOT install the latest and greatest when it comes to the
kernel (as we saw problems two kernels ago).  By the way, I was
disgruntled at the "pay 60.00 for basic support" to Red Hat like many
were - until I found out that I now have preferred download status for
new ISO's, updates, etc.  It's $60!  I have four servers, two of them
are critical - I use the $60 update function, the other two are demo
versions and will likely stay that way.
