Mirabilis makes an ICQ client available for Java, so if you can make Java
work, you can get ICQ.

There are several hacker efforts to make a command-line or native linux
version.  So far they don't work, and Mirabilis does what it can to
interfere with these efforts (scrambling the protocol, for example).
Mirabilis makes no effort, however, to correct gaping security holes
(like any user who wants to can change your password).
