Thanks for that, it seemed to do the trick. I saw man procmail, but I didn't think of trying man procmailrc (duh). I removed the c and it stopped carbon copying locally.
In case any one else is having this issue, my .procmailrc file looks like this: :0fw | /usr/bin/spamc :0 !
