Which you can ignore safely. It is a known bug, but harmless.

To work around the "RPM seems to hang" problem, run this
(avoid type errors!):

  rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db*
  rpm -vv --rebuilddb

Wait until it's done. On Red Hat Linux 8.0 and 9, try not to
interrupt RPM or any of the packaging tools while they access the
RPM database.
