Hi, I downloaded the latest redhat-config-bind v2.0.0-8 from rawhide, and get the following error when trying to run it after installing it:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] root]# redhat-config-bind Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/sbin/redhat-config-bind", line 92, in ? cfg = ConfNamed.ConfNamed("/etc/named.conf",ROOTDIR) File "/usr/share/redhat-config-bind/ConfNamed.py", line 305, in __init__ zone=ZoneFile(val[1].strip('"'),self.getDirectory(),self) TypeError: strip() takes no arguments (1 given) I run this on a Red hat 8.0 machine - I realise there may be issues there, but I was able to install and run redhat-config-bind v1.9.0-13 which was released for Red Hat 9. Any ideas as to why this is failing would be appreciated. Michael. http://search.yahoo.com.au - Yahoo! Search - Looking for more? Try the new Yahoo!
