You'll have to purchase an Enterprise offering to get support from RedHat.
But there will surely(?) be auto updating feature provided for Fedora.

Fedora currently supports yum, and apt-get. I've been using fedora, and before that freshrpms with apt-get, and yum for 6 months. I've been very happy with them.
