If you're novice with no system admin background as I am, then my best advice 
is buy the official RH9.0 version.  Run it and after it's done, assuming 
there is no errors, go to /var/spool/up2date and use rpm to update the 
packages that are there.  I upgraded my httpd, glibc in that way.
