It's possible (however unlikely) that the boot.img file is corrupt. Also,
it's more likely that you have a bad diskette. Did you try using different
diskettes (known-good ones)?

If the boot.img on that CD-ROM is corrupt, you can ftp a new one from
ftp.redhat.com.
