Red Hat Update Agent

Hi,   I am trying to run the Red Had Update Agent, and no matter what I do all I keep getting is a message saying:   “Problem registering username”   I have tried using my account info that I use on www.redhat.com and I have also tried registering for a new account, but it just keeps doing the same thing.   Anyone have any ideas?
