Just a general question about PnP modems...Are they very hard to configure?
What kind of success rate do people have configuring RedHat to work with
them?

I know I have a PnP USR. Well kind of because you can still put jumpers on
it. I never bothered trying to configure it using it's PnP. I just put the
little plugs on to force it to com3 irq5. If I boot to Solaris x86, I take
the little plugs off, and when I had Windows on it, I took the plugs off
also. Ahh! Windows....I'll never touch/need it again :) (except work...I
should try to make Linux a company standard...NOT! :)
