Mgoes to the que....and doesn't get released until another printjob is sent
to that printer.....any ideas on this....is there a way I can flush the
print que or make sure that all my jobs print...

You're sure the documents you're sending to the printer/queue contain an
end-of-file marker? Have you tried pressing page feed after your first print
job to see whether the second gets released?
