At the LILO boot prompt, enter "linux single", assuming that "linux" is the
name you used for your Linux kernel.  If I remember correctly, you can press
the SHIFT key to get your LILO list.

After you boot single user, you can then edit the /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit and
remove the offending stuff you did and "reboot".
