You never stated what version of RH Linux (or even if you're using
RH), but if you have RH 5.2, you can find many, if not all of the RPMS
you need in:

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/updates/5.2/kernel-2.2/i386/

Also, after you untar the 2.2.x kernel source, look in
/usr/src/linux/Documentation/Changes

It contains the following:
