What packages do I need to upgrade the kernel?

Hi.

I want to upgrade my kernel and have reviewed much documentation on how to
do that, but I haven't found a list of the RPM packages that I need to
upgrade.  I'm not sure which packages need to be updated in a kernel
upgrade.
