Sendmail question

Dear all,

I need to configure sendmail in following way. I want to limit the size of 
incoming message to 50KB for certain users and if message is more than 50Kb 
it must reject the mail.
How to do that and is any other specific tool do I need? I know that there 
is max message size option in sendmail.cf. But I need it for some users.
