Make sure that your 100DPI fonts are installed (rpm -q XFree86-100dpi-fonts). Then, edit /etc/X11/fs/config. Look for the catalogue there. Reorder the list of font directories so that the 100 dpi fonts are listed before the 75 dpi fonts. Restart the XFS server (/etc/rc.d/init.d/xfs restart). Log out of X, and log back in.
