Easy.

>From the main page choose "Master CD"
Then choose "Write Image"

Assuming you have setup the partition to read from correctly etc, and you
have put the .iso there, all you do is type in the name of the .iso

As soon as you complete typing the name it will recognize it, and show the
label and size.

Then choose "Start Write Image"
