I recently had the same problem. I tried Valium. Made me feel better but
the problem didn't go away.
When you install you have to use the entire package name. When you
uninstall just the module name. Try any or all of the following:
rpm -e DBI
rpm -e DBI-perl
rpm -e DBI-perl-bin
