Sorry for my vague description."It didn't work" means I can't ping
other machines from my RH box except loop(127.0.0.1) and localhost.
I tried netcfg,netconfig,linuxconf before turning to ifconfig&route,
but failed.
My NIC is 3c509b-tp0,which is a common adapter i think.It's impossible 
RH don't support it.And I really confused.
Looking forward to your early answer!
