I'm not going to put much more effort into it, I just hoped i was missing
something. One follow-up, is it possible that because the mount failed at
boot-up that I can't mount it afterwards? Would it make a difference if I
removed those lines from fstab, rebooted and tried the mount manually? Right
now RH install put the drives in there as 'auto' and I get errors at bootup.
Thanks for the prompt suggestions! I have a couple of more puzzles to post
here later...
