Netscape won't load

[Starn and Judy Johansen]

I seem to have a problem with an ADSL connection and
Netscape. Netscape will start to load and then freezes. I
have fixed it once before and I believe it was a locked port
but can't remember how I did it. CAn anyone help with that
one?
