boot.b

Dear all
Can u tell me what is this file resides in
/boot/boot.b
When I edit the lilo.conf file i get a line
install = /boot/boot.b
all the lines in lilo.conf file i understand except this one.

This file is data file but i don't under stand it . Help solicited very
urgently.
