As one of the other posts mentioned I suggest you get another card.  I had two of 
those cards that I got with a network kit. . .never got the card to work.  I did alot 
of diging on that particular card and found that some of them are not supported at 
all.  While the variants of the tulip driver support most of them it turns out that 
Linksys used different chips on some of the cards and changed the design a little here 
and there.  Depending on which version of the card you have you may never get it to 
work.  I can't say that the card you have will definately not work, but I know 
personally that it is much easier to just use another card.
