If Bush wins: You get the choice of what operating system you want to use. The federal government will stay out of
your way and let the states decide how to best tax it. However, underpowered computers may not
get the option of running a given o/s, but tax incentives will be given if the system
id upgraded to one that can run it. If Gore wins: The government will decide if Linux is best for you. If they decide it .should
it be, then Linux will be fully subsidized and heavily taxed and will have to be
made available to every computer, no matter how underpowered, and even if it is
