Need help setting up a stand-alone HP network printer

Howdy,

In our office we have a network laser printer, the kind with it's own ethernet card. 
It's an HP. I'm pretty sure we can set up Linux to print to it, but I can't figure out 
how - I tried printtool, but I'm not sure if it's an SMB printer or what.

Any ideas?
