While this is a good answer, I don't know that it's what Chris meant when
he said "mainstream".

That having been said, you could also check out VA Linux, etc.

http://www.linuxmall.com probably has links to all the vendors who supply
Linux (RedHat or otherwise) preloaded on a system.
