D-Link DFE-530TX

Hi all,
    I have tried to use d-link netcard but did not work.  I'm using kernel 2.4.0
and one d-link DFE530tx. On boot time, the redhat7.0  find the interface but
doesn't work.  After boot I try ifconfig command and :
----cut---
eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:00:00:00:00:00
          inet addr:10.0.0.1  Bcast:10.0.0.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
---cut---
Somebody can help me ?
