Hello all, I have a Red Hat 6.1 server and made a password change to an account, but it did not take to the account, instead the previous password was still valid even after I changed it.....then the freaky part....about a week after all this happened (today) the new password is now in effect. Anyone have any idea what could have caused this or why something like this would happen? I'm the only administrator and all security measures have been taken and I have checked that nothing has happened as far as security goes. Any help is appreciated.
