I have a G450 Dual head working with two monitors and I love it!

I updraded Redhat 7.0 to kernel 2.4.2 (now 2.4.3 btw)
then I upgraded to Xfree 4.02
downloaded the drivers for the card from Matrox (they were Beta)
recompiled kernel with the AGPPART (spelling) support that is needed
then manually configured XF86Config (I can send it to you if you want?)
and started x with

startx -- +xinerama

all the info is opn the matrox site.

good luck!
